Picado Dried Piquin Chilies

Piquin chilies are minute chilies domesticated from wild plants. There are a huge variety of them in Mexico and they vary in colour and shape. They share one thing though, they're small and uber hot! These Piquin chilies are small, red in colour and have a gorgeous citrusy taste to them. They are shiny and soft in texture.

They go really well with lime and oregano and would make the dullest of salsas interesting and fiery hot.  They keep well in a mason jar away from direct sun light!

Care: Store in a sealed bag or container and keep in a dry cool place away from direct sunlight.
