Tamales are one of the oldest and most traditional dishes in Mexican cuisine. They are a celebratory meal and widely eaten all over the country. They are delicious, suitable for Coeliacs and a tiny bit tricky to make, but when you master the art of making them, you'll never stop!
In this workshop, we'll show you how to make tamales from scratch. We'll make them with two different fillings (one meat one vegetarian) and make a couple of salsas too so you'll have plenty of hands-on practice. When they are ready, we'll sit down to a delicious meal with everything we cook.
