Wanna enjoy the tamales Oaxaqueños at home? We got you covered! The tamales of our October Picado Mesa Gathering are also available to take out! To make it easier to choose fillings, order them by the piece.
Our hand-made tamales Oaxaqueños are made with the best of ingredients, including our in house mix of fresh masa made from ethically sourced heirloom yellow corn and masa-harina from Oaxaca. We use Carlow Free Range chicken, Fat Tomato organic Tomatillos, St. Tola's Greek style cheese and Carlow free range pork. Enriched with duck fat from Skeaghanore Farm or sunflower oil (for veggie & vegan options) and wrapped in fresh banana leaves. These tamales are sooo good!
Because this is fresh food, we do not ship this Item, it is only for collection from our Cork Street Location on the 4th of October as part of our Picado Mesa Gathering.
Although our tamales are gluten free, they are made fresh in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, tree nuts and sesame in a regular basis!
