Manzelazo Japanese Peanuts

This quintessential Mexican snack is known as 'cacahuate japones' (Japanese Peanut). It's a toasted peanut covered with a crunchy layer of spices and a hint of chili to it. They're sold almost everywhere in Mexico, they're delicious with a drizzle of Valentina Sauce or a squeeze of lime juice.
