Garibaldi is a small, buttery cake flavoured with Mexican vanilla, similar to a cupcake only upside down. The cake is dipped into an apricot glaze and covered in one hundred and thousands. Originally created by for the iconic El Globo bakery in Mexico City (by an Italian pastry chef), this little cake became a classic in Mexican meriendas. They are Part of our Picado Mesa range, made fresh in our test kitchen for you to enjoy at home.
