Cajeta Lollipop

Cajeta is a sort of Dulce de Leche made with goats milk in Mexico. It is a deliciously creamy, thick sauce made mainly by slowly heating goat's milk and sugar until the mixture has caramelised. One of my favourite things in the whole wide world! 

Now this lollipops are made with cajeta in two flavours, 'quemada' which is a term used to define the regular flavour and vanilla, which has added vanilla flavour to it. It's a bit of the luck of the draw, sometimes we get vanilla, sometimes quemada, but we love them both and if you have a sweet tooth, you'll love them too!
