Our hand-made tamales are made with the best of ingredients, including our in house mix of fresh masa. We use Carlow Free Range chicken and pork, Fat Tomato organic tomatillos. Enriched with Skeaghanore duck fat and wrapped in Picado's corn husks. These tamales are sooo good!
Because this is fresh food, we do not ship this Item, it is only for collection from our Cork Street Location.
Although our tamales are gluten free, they are made fresh in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, tree nuts and sesame in a regular basis!
