I love gorditas and sopes, they're small pillows of corn masa cooked in a pan and filled or topped with loads of different things. Normally shaped by hand, they are laborious enough to make, however, this press, makes it way easier ensuring consistency of thickness and shape so you can cook shape your gorditas and sopes like a pro!

Made of cast aluminium, the press is sturdy and compact enough giving you gorditas or sopes of 12 cms in diameter.
