El Yucateco Caribbean Hot Sauce

This hot sauce came to picado as a special request from a customer who loves it, so we tried it and loved it too! The slightly fruity tones of the sauce and the fire form the habaneros make a great combination. It's quite hot, so not for the faint hearted.
