Masterclass Series

Our masterclass series is designed for people who want a more in-depth learning experience; we concentrate on technique and methods, following traditional recipes with modern equipment; to give you a good understanding of Mexican ingredients and the techniques used in Mexican kitchens to produce gorgeous dishes in your own home.

I've always been passionate about sharing Mexican food and culture with our students. Our cookery school has been the joy of my life for the last eleven years and whether you come in for a hands on class, a demo, or to join one of our coveted Supper Clubs, you'll find learning with us is a relaxed and friendly affair.

With the opening of our second location at The Loom on Cork Street in Dublin 8, we have a larger cooking school space that was designed with our signature style of classes in mind. We have a number of new exciting classes and events that will help you dive into Mexican gastronomy like never before
