Ancho Chilli Powder

Ancho chilies are a fruity and slightly acidic chilli, with sweet, prune tones to it and generally mild in heat;  they add a depth of flavour to many moles and sauces in Mexico. Sazon Natural brings us a range of ground and crushed dried chillies to make the building of a Mexican pantry easier. This Ground Ancho powder is super handy for loads of things, but I mainly use it for baking as I favour whole dried chillies for cooking, but hey, it's a matter of taste.
