These Whole Bayo Beans are Alan's favourite. Super easy to use and really tasty. They're cooked in water, onion, salt and a tiny bit of canola oil.

I love them in stews or as the base for my home-made, spiced refried beans. Full of tastiness, these are an absolute must for Mexican food lovers.
