What is it?
Every month, we host a special pop-up featuring a single, carefully curated Mexican dish using the very best of Irish ingredients and our Mexican pantry.
Our hand-made tamales are made with the best of ingredients, including our in house mix of fresh masa made from ethically sourced heirloom yellow corn and masa-harina from Oaxaca. We use Carlow Free Range chicken, Fat Tomato organic Tomatillos, St. Tola's Greek style cheese. Enriched with duck fat or sunflower oil (for veggie & vegan options) and wrapped in Picado's corn husks. These tamales are sooo good! Your order of tamales to eat-in will include:
Although our tamales are gluten free, they are made fresh in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, tree nuts and sesame in a regular basis!
