This class is a celebration of the release of my debut cookbook, TACOS by Blasta Books. We designed it as a reward for the Kickstarter backers and we have decided to open it up for those who missed the chance to do it.
I'll be demonstrating the Ensenada-style fish tacos, with all their delicious toppings: Mexican Slaw, Pico de gallo, redo onion pickle and chipotle mayonnaise. We'll also make my childhood favourite, chicken tacos dorados and a de arbol salsa roja to go with them.
We'll be also doing two exclusive recipes that are not in the book, a delicious frozen margarita and a Mexican flan. We'll offer vegan/vegetarian options for the recipes too!
