Sopes are a little case, a bit like a tartlet, made of masa (maize flour) that are pan roasted and filled with different toppings. They are delicious and very versatile. Totally suitable for coeliacs and, once you know how to make them, they're perfect party food!
In this class, we'll concentrate to teaching you how to make sopes and 3 different fillings for them; we'll make a salsa from scratch and all the trimmings. Learn to work with masa, the Mexican quintessential ingredient, and of course get it right when it comes to cook them and shape them.
This class is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and carnivores, just let us know your dietary restrictions when you book.

If you cancel with less than 2 weeks, but between 14 and 2 days before the class, you'll be entitled to 50% refund of the class fee. If you cancel within 48 hours from the class, we have sadly bought all the ingredients with your attendance in mind, so no refund will be provided, however, you will be able to transfer your seat to someone you want. Just let us know so we can sort out dietary restrictions!
