Duration: 2.5hrs
Masa is the maize dough we use in Mexico for tons of things; it is quintessential to Mexican cuisine. We use it to make tortillas, but it is also the basis for so many dishes: tlacoyos, huaraches, quesadillas, empanadas, gorditas, sopes, tetelas, the list is endless.
This class is all about working with masa and giving you a few ideas of what you can do with it to turn this simple ingredient, into a feast! In the class we'll show you how to make three masa based treats: tlacoyos, sopes & quesadillas and some simple fillings for them.
The class suits vegetarians, vegans and carnivores alike! It is also really good for Coeliacs. Price per screen.
