Our fresh masa is made with ethically sourced, Mexican heirloom corn, nixtamalized in-house before it’s milled in our traditional Mexican Molino every morning.
With our fresh masa you can make tortillas, tamales, quesadillas, gorditas, sopes and any other Mexican dishes that call for it and wait for it, it’s all naturally gluten free! With Fresh Masa comes great responsibility; it has no additives, no colours, no preservatives so use it within three days to guarantee its awesome flavour and quality.
Our corn is sourced ethically in small batches from different parts of Mexico, giving our fresh masa regional flavours, everything is made from scratch by hand, so not one batch will be the same and they will vary with the seasons. We primarily work with yellow and blue corn. When you receive your fresh batch, we’ll give you details of the region and variety of the corn used to make it.
